ORDERING & DELIVERY

Despatch:

We aim to despatch most goods within two working days of the order being placed or in the case of cheques when payment has been cleared into the bank account.

Courier Delivery:

Within the UK and to some European destinations, our courier offers a 48-hour delivery service on working days. If you are outside this area delivery times will vary between 3 and 7 days

Courier-delivered and insured items must be signed for on delivery. Please ensure that someone is there to receive your order. We will do our best to ensure that delivery is made on a particular date if requested by the customer, but as we use independent couriers we cannot be held responsible for deliveries not made within a specified time period.

If you choose an un-insured delivery option, the goods will be sent at your own risk.
